If you didn't use an email address with your Spotify account, most likely you created your account with your Facebook profile. In this case, try to access by using the Log in with Facebook option and use your FB credentials to access Spotify. If you can access your Premium account, you'll be able to cancel the subscription with these steps if you wish.
