Accidently deleted entire playlist whilst trying to erase duplicates

I copied over all my songs from the main song bit to a playlist then from there use the spotify paylist deuplicate reomver to erase duplicates, i would then proceed to usually paste them back into the main sng area. This time that didn;t work and i delted several hundred songs off my spotify playlist is it possible for me to have my spotify songs restored to a state of approximately 2 to 3 days ago?
