I am currently on Spotify Free but being charged £9.99 a month? How can this be rectified?

Maybe you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.
I'm pretty sure that I only have one user account - username is martilegato.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
i would like to complain that ,i accidently started a "free" trail for 7 days with spotify and i want to cancel it imediatly.but as i can see spotify is very bad at answering questions and helping.and the instructions dont even work.where is the "cancel my subscription"button?!

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel that a 7-day trial as you haven't provided any payment method.
They won't be able to charge you because you don't need to provide a payment method when starting a 7 day trial
