I'm trying to create an account for my band - who has music on Spotify. We're called Aftermidnight. I'm trying to use my social media e-mail to create the account but when I go to create the account it says it's in use by another account. So then i went to go retrieve the username that it's tied to or to reset the password and when I enter the e-mail to do so, it says there is no account under that e-mail address.
Please help, cause I would like to use that e-mail address to create a separate account for my band so that we can engage our fans with the music we are listening to and the music we enjoy.
You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into why this is happening for you. Just be sure to include your email address on the message.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
