Account Desactivated

Account Desactivated

Back in the time when Spotify was not available in my country, I bought premium cards to activate the premium account so that I could use the service here. But when the premium time ended my account got desactivated, and the same happend to every other account that I created. Now that the service is available and I can pay a subscription with a credit card I want to use my old account. I did nothing wrong to get my account blocked.

 

If more info is needed let me know.

Please fill the support form by clicking here and tell them that you want to transfer your account to your old one. Provide them email of old and new, if they ask for additional information later on you should do it just to identify it's really you. Explain what happened and why your old account got deactivated. I do think you can get your old account back.

As @ErickRGuetta says, I think the best thing you can do is to get in touch with Spotify.

 

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Spotify aims to reply within 24 hours.
