Dear Spotify,

 

I have a slight problem with my account. I'm using my e-mail address to log in to my premium spotify account. Once I logged in on my wife's android phone, and somehow her facebook account was connected to my account. I tried to disconnect it in the desktop browser, log out on her phone from the spotify, but still sometimes I see her name in my account (My name is István Pócs she is Judit Pócsné).

 

Now I upgraded my account to the new family plan, but unfortunetally I can not invite her, because it says her e-mail address is already registered at spotify - he is using the same e-mail address in Facebook as well.

So the invitiation can not be redeemed, because her account is connected to my premium account (and I was not able remove it).

 

Could you please help me to solve this problem?

You may try to follow the disconnect steps (not sure if it works for your problem).

To disconnect from Facebook, please follow the steps in this topic.
Please keep in mind that it's not an official supported workaround.

 

Otherwise, I think the best thing you can do is to get in touch with Spotify so they can sort this all out for you.

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
