Account Overriding?

About a week ago, I was listening to music and my music was cut abruptly. I went to check the issue and someone was using my account from a PlayStation. I don't know how this person is in it, but he's been getting annoying. I believe his name is tylergang-6. I don't hand out my account left and right, and the only other people that have access toy account are my siblings.
