Account accesed/hacked

Hello. Someone just accesed to my account. He deleted all my playlist, even created one for himself and he was listening to his own music in my account while I saw everything he was doing. I changed my facebook and Spotify passwords, and disconnected Facebook from Spotify. 

The problem is that I know who he is, I found his Facebook and Twitter profile. ¿Is there anyway I can report or denounce this guy?
