Account blocked?

I'm a Dutch Spotify user. This month I reversed the bank deposit to Spotify (storneren), however this week I made my payment again. 

My account was linked to my Facebook account (not e-mail). However, everytime I try to login through the Spotify app/website, I'm redirected to Facebook where it says that I've linked the accounts before, Spotify tells me something went wrong..

The strange thing is that when I go directly to webplayer, I'm logged in automatically. How do I solve this? I want to be able to listen to Spotify with the app on my phone.
