Account country does not match

Account country does not match

I am using Spotify over a month now. 

 

I suddenly saw notice on login screen in Spotify app that;

 

"Your country does not match to the one set in your profile" 

 

I login to web to change my country, but when I go to update profile section, it says;

 

"Your email already taken" 

 

I had reset my password serveral times, but always it dont' allow me to update my country settings in profile and say your email already in use. 

 

Can some one help.
