Account deleted?

title is basically what im dealing with. i have been using the same exact spotify for as long as i can remember but now all the sudden my phone wasnt logged in to a account and i cant log back in. when i try to recover the account it says "The username or e-mail you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account."

i just want my playlists back lol

The account i am talking about is my  one "rozbingo" when i look up the user on spotify i can find it but when i login it says i dont exist.
