Account got hacked

Dear Spotify Community,

Im a member of a family premium account and my account got hacked. My songs and playlists I listened to are completely gone. Some different playlists and songs been added and my password has been changed. I thought that I put in my passwords incorrectly but someone used my account when I got a email to change my password it was in spanish and not in German. I’m really upset and annoyed why could this happen. I thought you been secure. I can’t use Spotify since last week Wednesday please help me I want my playlist and songs back. Thanks
