Account hacked and changed / Refund?

Someone added their device to my account somehow and changed my subscription to premium family, which cost me more money on my bill than my typical monthly charge. Will Spotify refund the excess charge? I'm very concerned that someone was able to do this - is this happening to a lot of people? Contemplating a total account closure...

Please go to https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/, change your password and press the "Sign out everywhere" button.
