Account hacked, email changed.

Hi

My spotify has been hacked and my email and password has been changed even though I did not request this. We currently have a family account and any accounts linked to this are no longer premium and just showing as free. I have tried emailing and going through the contact etc. Can someone please look into this ASAP

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
