Account hacked

Account hacked

It appears my Spotify premium has recently been hacked. Someone else is playing music and my library and playlists have been deleted. My account is linked to my Facebook and I've changed my password there but my account is still being used. What measure should I take to secure my account and is there a way of getting my library back?

just realised the email address and password has been changed on my account and am unable to change it

In this case, we recommend that you contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at your account and see what happened there.

I am having the same issue - On all my devices I listen on it changes over to another device I dont have and switches to different music. I have reset my password many times, I emailed using the form and sent on twitter and I have recieved no answer...any suggestions?
