Account hacked

We have tried to get contact from spotify through the webform but never received any mail back.

My girlfriend's account has been hacked weeks ago.

Please resolve this asap.

Just to jump in. You mentioned that you have sent a message through the web contact form. If you did recieve any auto-message reply please reply back to that and someone should get back in touch with you to assist you further.

Decided to create a new account, add it to family and re-link with facebook.

Removed old accounts playlists and removed from family.

What???? Solution to a hacked account is just delete it and create a new one???? Spotify, you're kidding, right? You won't go anywhere without a proper customer service. YOU HAVE to address your customers problems!
