Account hacked

Hi all.

My Account (Premium Family)  was obviously hacked yesterday. I had another user listen to Music with my account when I logged in.

I reset the password and have logged off all devices as soon as I had Computer Access. Then the Spotify Help recovered my Playlists and all seemed fine.

Later yesterday my status went to "Free User", and my email address in my profile was set to "myemailadress".deleted. Also the Account of my connected family was set to Free User.

Anyone have a solution? The customer support I have contacted, but information page says the Mail will go to "myemailadress".deleted which, obviuously, I can't receive...

I am greatful for advice.

Hi Nico, danke für die Antwort, ich sehe du schreibst deutsch.

Ich habe das Formular bereits ausgefüllt, aber die Emailadresse ist ja geändert worden. Daher kann ich nicht mit Antwort rechnen. Oder?

Doch, du kannst mit einer Antwort rechnen.

Dafür gibt es ja zwei verschiedene Kontaktformulare, das was ich dir hier jetzt verlinke ist für speziell für User die keine Kontrolle über Ihre E-Mail Adresse haben. ^^ Du musst dann wohl oder übel eine andere E-Mail Adresse verwenden.

Ich bin mir sicher das du deinen Account wieder bekommst!
