Account hacked

So suddenly today after coming back to my computer i noticed Spotify playing some sort of Spanish salsa mix on a another device. After looking a while i noticed this is not some accidental connection from my neighbor, because it was a disposable email.

This is the guy who connected into my account.

I did not have time to do anything else because i got logged out and my password got changed. The problem is this account is really old and i cant get in the email it belongs to. The account is on it's 1 month free premium trial and i don't know how to even cancel it since its trough Paypal. If possible i would just like the account deleted but to get back in, i need my email which is not possible.
