Account had been compromised

Account had been compromised

Hi,

 

I've had my account compromised since yesterday, from what I can tell the password has been changed along with the address details and the email the account was registered with. The username remains the same however (vanitymanity) 

 

I can still log in via facebook but because the password has been changed I can't change any account details in order to secure it again. 

 

1. Who can help me with this? I can't seem to find any information about security problems like this so if i've missed something please point me in the right direction.

 

2. What details will I need to verify I am the original account holder? 

 

Im not paying a tenner a month for some script kiddie on the other end of the continent to enjoy his kids bop records so any help or direction is appreciated.

Hi,

 

slight problem, the email address has been changed so all correspondance will go back to the kid who pinched my account not back to me. seeing as its an issue with my personal account I would prefer not to use social media to address this any other advice?

When an account has been hacked the way to remedy the situation is to contact Spotify support, and the options to do so are the ones I listed. I can't provide you with anymore ways contact Spotify support.
