I need help changing my information, I have had my login information compromised.  I have never signed into another device with my Spotify account which leads me to believe there are holes in your security features.  The sheer number of posts pertaining to unknown people using a legitimate person's account is incredible.  I need help securing my account and since I logged in with facebook (BIG ASS MISTAKE) I no longer know what my "true password" is.  I also have a problem because the person who is accessing my account changed my email information and without my 'current password' i cannot change anything.  I think it would be easier for me to just simply cancel my subscription altogether.....

Unfortunately I did what you suggested and have no received any kind of reply. I would've hoped security was more of an important issue than it seems.  Obviously I know it's not your fault, but I have decided to cancel my subscription.  Thank you for trying to help me out.

Things always take a bit longer over weekends but you should hear back within 24 hours.

I figured I'd update people who look at these forums on my status. I received an email early morning of 3/24 basically repeating what I said originally in my message via the contact form. I responded to that email with everything that was requested in about 2-3 hours of getting it and have not received an email. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because the customer service, in my honest opinion, is severely lacking. I have requested a supervisor or a manager actually email me back, we'll see if this even happens. Once again I am very concerned about my situation because my security was compromised somehow, but no one seems to be taking this seriously. Very sad.
