Account login and playlist issues

Hi,

I just changed my facebook password and when I went to re-log in to Spotify, I found that it seems to have deleted my account.  I no longer had the premium service and all of my playlists and my 1100+ starred songs are gone.  I sent an inquery using the customer service form, but have not received any response (auto-generated or otherwise).  I will be traveling on Monday and would like to have my library of music back.

Did you log in with the "log in with facebook" button or your email address? I see playlists on a user "sinasohn" so it seems possible that you have created a second account and only the account team can sort this out for you. They should get back to you within 24 hours athough weekends can be a bit slower.

What username is shown in your account profile - from the desktop client, click on your name in the top right > account.

That looks like it might be the issue.  I was able to login with that username.

Hi there! there should be a "forgot your password" link on the login page. If that doesn't work, I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.
