My Question or Issue

No matter how many times i reset my password im unable to login , can only login with the email method (without password way on mobile)
Right after when i reset password , when i enter new password it would log me in but if i logout and enter the same password it wont let me login and say incorrect details. I tried writing it in a notepad and pasting the same thing but it still doesnt work. So i tried logging into someone elses account and to my suprise even that account wont login ? im not on any vpn and have tried password reset atleast 5-6 times . Pleae help

We suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This is different from a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. 

If that doesn't do the trick - can you let us know which version of the app you have?
