Account mixed up

Account mixed up

When I opened up Spotify (Android) I could see that someone was already listening (on another device), see attached image (I am not Mason). When browsing my playlists it was a mix of my lists and other playlists. I changed my password but this did not resolve anything (my account is do not seem to be hacked). It seemed like there was a mixup between my and another users account.
