Account name changed to random numbers and letters

My orignal account name was "AnvilParachute". I started the free 7 day trial and fell in love, as soon as it was over i bought premium, i wasnt on wifi when getting premium, so all of my previously downloaded songs were no longer downloaded. I get an email for the 30 day free trial after i put in my card info, i try to sign up but its saying i put in a wrong password when it asks for me to sign in. i ask to reset my password and i get an email saying my password is reset, and my username changes to about 15 random numbers and letters. when i go to the help page it says my account name is anvilparachute, but only then, and i cant link it to facebook either, its saying theres an error every time i try
