Account non- existent

I could not sign into my family premium account, even though I know  the name and password was correct as I use it a lot. So I decided to quickly sign into my old account (which did not have premium) and listen to my main accounts playlist from that. But when I searched for it, it had come up saying the account does not exist.

Hey @Chloe03, welcome to the community!

If you can't remember your account's information, try following these steps, there are a few tricks you can try to find your account's details, or at least the username.

In case it was set up via Facebook, you'll need to click the blue "Log in with Facebook" button, instead of just typing your Facebook log in details in the Spotify app.
