Account subscription cancellation

I had spotify premium on my Galaxy s5 sport. I broke the screen and the phone was the worthless. So i bought a new galaxy s7 edge. I logged in to my spotify account and it didnt have my premium account. BUT i got charged for my "premium". There is no way for me to cancel that subscription. I tried the email iused, but it says it doesnt have an active account. The only way i log on is through facebook. SO how the hell do i cancel that subscription on a account that doesnt exist but charges me every month!!!!???

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

 

Make sure to include as much information as possible about the account. They might ask you for bank information to track down the charges.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam folder because sometimes emails might end up there.
