Account update not working

Account update not working

Hello,

 

I can not update my account because the system says "email is already in use by another account."  No kidding?  I'm logged in trying to update it.  🙂  So, can someone please tell me how to update my account?  Please advise, as I would like to upgrade to Premium but am unwilling to do so if I can't update my account.

This normally happens when you have an extra duplicate account lurking in the system somewhere. If you could drop the Spotify team an email directly using the online contact form they can get it sorted out for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
