Hi my name is Camille Clark and I think last month I put in to cancel and they just charged my account today and it made my account overdraft so I can somebody get back to me and can you see if you can get that put back on my account because now I know where drawn and I can't get any money out thank you

Hey @Nash88,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
