Accounts Cancelled and still getting charged.

My wife and I both had Spotify Premium and cancelled our accounts last month. For several months prior to that we were being charged 3x instead of 2, and I never received a response to the multiple emails that I sent. My wife has sent emails as well. Now we are STILL getting charged when neither of us have Premium subscriptions any longer. I want a refund and for the charges to stop! This is ridiculous.

Hey @rosieblackheart,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

 

Also, the Spotify Support team usually replies within 24-48 hours.

 

If you still have not gotten a reply:

 

    • Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
    • If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the Community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
    • If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check your accounts email address here.

Both of our accounts say FREE and not Premium. They are both cancelled! Regardless even BEFORE they were cancelled we were being overcharged and need to be refunded. My wife has now received a response saying that we will not get refunded since she logged into her FREE account to make sure that it was FREE and not still Premium. YOU HAVE TAKEN OUR MONEY and we want a darn refund. What kind of company is this???
