Adding Family Member to Family Plan

Adding Family Member to Family Plan

Hello-

 

I am trying to add a family member to my account - I linked it to the email account and it keeps saying you can not add the family member to the plan, any ideas of what is going on? This is for my son, I already have my wife and myself on the account.
