Adding a family member

I had to re subscribe to premium due to an alleged payment issue. I selected the Family plan plus 1. The first email invite I sent to my wife said the email address did not exist which it does. So I used another email address for the invite and now it's saying I used too many email addresses and now I can't add her. How can I resolve this issue? I will cancel altogether if she cannot be added. Please help. Thanks.

The username should be simon82895 the name at the top is my wife's old username. This is very confusing.
