Adding family member to Spotify Family

Adding family member to Spotify Family

Hi there

 

I'm trying to add someone to my Spotify Family.

 

Stupidly, I sent them an invite before I created their account, and now, whenever I try to create an account for them, it says their email address is already taken. I've tried removing them from my family members, but it doesn't work. Can anyone help?

 

If you can help with that, can you also explain why I can't ever log into Spotify on my iPad? Is this because I have to log out on my iPhone first?!
