My Question or Issue

 I have been trying to add my family members to the premium family plan with no luck. I think i used the wrong zipcode. Is it possible to change the zipcode and vreify the address I provided?

Are your family members seeing any error message(s) when they try to join your plan? If so, please let me know the exact error message(s) that they're seeing.
