Album unavaible for me

I am kind of new to Spotify, and I was wondering about the following thing... There is this artist, Gazpacho, which has several albums on Spotify. Now I wanted to listen to Tick Tock, but that album was not in the artist page. Using the search function, I found nothing. I reached out to the band asking them about this, and they directed me to their record label, and I asked them about this. They say the album is up, they don't know why I can't see it, and they sent me a link. When I open this link on my PC, I see the album and the tracks but they are all grey and unplayable. When I open the link on my phone app, I get an empty album (without any songs in it). What is this about? What do I need to do to be able to listen to the album?

Hi there! I checked my Spotify and the album you spoke about is available for me. Its availability may differ between locations, therefore it is unavailable for you, but available for me. Perhaps the artist will make it available in your location soon 🙂

That is weird, because the record label contacted their digital distributor and they say it's not set up any differently. Maybe they made an error. Could it be something other than a region setting?

It may be something other than location availability, in this case you should send an e-mail to Spotify. Here is their e-mail address support@spotify.com, you could also drop them a tweet @spotifycares 

Hopefully they'll get you sorted out so you can finally listen to that album! 🙂
