All playlist are gone and replaced with somebodies else

Today I checked my spotify and wanted to add a song. And all a sudden als my playlist (2 year work) are gone! And now I have 4 playlistst that are not mine. 

If i check my most played songs i see it is my account with picture. But beside that all my playlists are gone. 

Please let someboy tell me this is revertable?

Tonight i logged in at home and hoped it was back, but it didn't 😞 

Is there a way to do a backup?
