All playlists and saved artists, tracks etc have been removed

The other day as I was trying to use Spotify I was unable to log in to my account. When I reset the password I noticed that all of my playlists as well as all saved artists, albums, tracks etc also were missing. Is there anyway to revert my account to have the same settings as it did a week ago?

Hello Mangan,

the first thing you could try is the Restoring Playlists feature of Spotify.

You have to...

- Log in on the website of Spotify

- Click on your Account in the right upper corner of the screen

There you will find a button "Restoring Playlists"

That only restores the playlists, how to restore the saved and followed artists?

The issue here is that all of the playlists and the followed artists/saved tracks all suddenly disappeared without me actively doing anything.

Do you work with two Accounts e.g one "normal" account and one Facebook Account ?
