All playlists gone!

Hi,

I have a dilemma. I disconnnected from facebook via the prefrences and Spotify turned off. When I loaded it back up and put in my password it brought up a box and I mistakenly click on I'm a new user and now all of my playlists with that log in have gone!! I've gone to my account page to try and recover them but it says I haven't deleted any playlists.

Where are they and how do I get them back?!

Please help.

When you got in touch you should have received an automated email reply with your original message in it to confirm your case was submitted correctly. 

Please can you reply directly to that email (with the same original message), even if the email originated from no-reply and an advisor will get to you as soon as possible.
