account problem

hello,

i lost my premium account and all my playlists...:( The problem started when i removed the spotify application from my facebook by mistake. The next day the spotify application was again on my facebook, like nothing has happened. After I loged into my spotify, a window appeared where i was supposed to log in again, but i couldnt log in there, it was written that my username or PW is wrong, so I clicked on new member. Behind this strange window i already saw that all my playlists are gone:( I lost my premium account, now i have the free version again:\ When i go on my account i dont see any email addres, no PW, no info, just some strange long number as my username:\ Please help me to get back my premium account with ALL my playlists! it cant be that when i  remove an application on fb i loose my account! I wrote alread twice to customer services but without any reply...

Hello!

If you received an automated reply when you contacted Spotify Support. and replied to that email, you should receive a reply within 24 hours 🙂 If you signed up with Facebook (that is why your username is random numbers), then your account should not be able to be disconnected from your Facebook account (that is why it reappeared).

Have you tried logging in with your old Facebook account? if you signup again with a username (or as a new member) you will lose your account.

As @Josh mentioned above, if you could reply to the automated email reply you will have received when you got in touch (even if its from no-reply) a member of the team will get back to you as soon as they can.
