Creating a spotify account for an organisation

Hi,

Is it possible to set-up a spotify account for an organisation?  We run in-house events where we like to play music before and after.  Is there anyway our organisation can have their own account?

If this is not possible, are we OK to play music through a personal account.  We do have a music license.
