My Question or Issue

I joined Spotify some weeks ago. Now I tried to connect my account to Facebook, but I couldn't. I just randomly pressed to log in, then I actually logged into an account with my name and profile, but I did not create it. Never had Spotify before and I don't even know the musics that "someone" saved there in 2016.

I would like to connect my actual account (that I created some weeks ago) to Facebook, but obviously it won't since it semms like I already have one that I did not know about.

How can I solve this problem to not loose the musics I saved, but to connect my Facebook to it?

Hey @user-removed, welcome to the Community!

If you're able to log into the account you didn't make, close it following these steps. After that, you shouldn't have any trouble linking your main account to Facebook.

Hope that helps.
