Anjunabeats on Spotify?

I'm confused as to why certain albums aren't showing in the United States when they should have licenses to be streamed here.  One of these songs actually used to be streamable and now isn't... the song "Clear Blue Water" by OceanLab.  Otherwise, the Anjunabeats Volumes 1-8, along with "Sirens of the Sea" by Oceanlab and "Tri-State" by Above & Beyond are not streamable, but streamable EVERYWHERE ELSE.  Also, these albums are streamable on Rdio, MOG, etc... just not Spotify.  Glitch?  If not, what licenses are not negotiated in the United States?  I would cancel my subscription without these albums... they should be here!
