Another account split in two?

I have attempted to contact support on this issue, and they have not provided me with any help, so I hope that the messageboards are more helpful!

 

I was reading a few topics on this message board, and it sounds like my account was split into two.  Spotify logged me out on my computer, and when I attempted to log back in, it took me several tries.  When I finally could log in, all of my playlists, favorite users, starred songs, etc. were gone, and it was taking me on a walk-through as if I was a new user.

 

When I contacted support they told me I have a free account by the name davemclean51.  This is not correct - my name is Amanda.  I attempted to reset the password on it anyway, as they suggested, but because it is not my account and not my email, I never got the reset email.

 

I was able to find my "old" account on one of my friends' playlists that I am subscribed to.  Here are a few screenshots that might help.  (Right click, view image to make them more readable.)

 

I am one of the 2 subscribers to this playlist.  Where the numbers are is where my name should be:

This is what happens when I click on the numbers that have replaced my username.  My playlists are still there!
