App se queda colgado Android 7.0

Desde hace 1 semana no consigo acceder al app. Lo he reinstalado un par de veces y hasta borrar datos del app, pero al instalar y facilitar datos login me abre la pagina de inicio del app (en vacio) y se queda colgado. La version web funciona sin problema pero lo quiero usar en el movil! ayuda pf!
