Application logged out (Mac & iPhone) and after logging in no more premium

Hi There, 

Spotify logged out this week, and after logging in again, im back on a free subscription.  

Not sure if there might be 2 accounts (free/premium) on the same e-mail adress/facebook account? Can't check because the login keeps starting the free subscription. 

Lost all my playlists' as well.. 😞

Help me out please.

So either you have created a new account or your subscription has expired for some reason. Is there any payment history showing here. If not, try logging out and back in with your facebook-linked email address or your spotify username (one of these should take you to your premium account).

It probaly created a new account.. 

When I log out, and then log in again with my facebook-linked e-mail adress and password, it keeps logging in the free account. 

So that's not realy helping so far..

And the same if you log in with a username? Did you check the payment history?

It wont let me log in with my username.. 

The payment history is currently unavailable.. but yesterday it showed no payments.. 

I'll try the contact form to sort it out.
