I just attempted to upgrade to premium.
Problem 1: It asks to Login using my facebook to confirm my purchase and sends me to a facebook page... asks for the password.
Problem 2: I wish to purchase a 12 month subscription and cannot find a place to do that. I'm hoping this happens after I confirm my purchase which currently... I am unable to do.

Can someone from the Spotify team please remove my payment details so I can re-enter them? This seems to be the only thing working for others at this point....

I have been trying to cancel my premium subscription for Spotify and it won't let me. It keeps asking me to enter my facebook password and when I enter - it bounces back to the subscriptions pages - and shows that my account has not been cancelled. I want to cancel premium IMMEDIATELY. Please respond as I do not want to be charged again.
I had that exact same problem. I just got charged for another month. I really want a refund. When I enter my facebook password it takes me back to the spotify subscription page without canceling.
I un-subscribed from Spotify only a short while ago. I wanted to re-subscribe today and I choose a package then it asks for Facebook verification. I put the right password in an it goes back to choose a package and continues in that cycle endlessly... Any advice?

i deleted my info and did not enter new billing info before trying to subscribe to premium. i figured that, through the subscribing process, they would ask for my info and that might bypass the bug. However, after trying to sign up i received a message saying "purchase is not currently available" Has anyone else encountered this message? I assume they have temporarily disabled while fixing. Can never be too sure with spotify though. They seem to have so many technical issues which I find very suprising for a company that is this established. In my book, the fact that a company this established does not have top level programming talent spells either greed or complete incompotence. #spotifyalternative
Every time I click Confirm Purchase on the Choose Product page when I'm trying to upgrade to Premium, it takes me to Facebook, and even after I successfully enter my Facebook password, I am returned to the Choose Product page. How could I get past this page so I can Validate and Finish my re-subscription to Premium?
Seriously, Someone fix it so I can purchase premium again since you guys canceled by no fault of my own.
