Audiobook hours did not renew as promised

My Question or Issue

I checked my audiobook listening hours yesterday (9/6/25) and it said I had 22 hours remaining before it renewed and I received 15 more hours. But when I checked it tonight 9/7/25 at 9:00 pm it said I had 30 days to go. What gives?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

Bear in mind that the 15 audiobook listening hours included in your plan get renewed every 30 days with your billing cycle. Those 30 days that the page mentions is the time you've left to enjoy your monthly listening hours before they expire. If you made a prepaid payment for 3 months + or used a 3 months + gift card, the audiobook listening hours will still renew every 30 days, so we'd recommend checking its expiration date to be aware of it.

If you want to check how many listening hours you've left this month, we'd recommend checking the steps mentioned under the section "See remaining audiobook hours" of this article as it varies across devices. Remember also that any unused audiobook listening time from the previous month can no longer be used.
