Salve a tutti, ho l'abbonamento premium, prevede 9,99euro.

il mio rinnovo era previsto ieri 09.06.17, tuttavia posseggo un codice promozionale per tre mesi gratis, l'ho inserito stamattina, senza chiedere nessuna conferma, dopo l'inserimento del codice i tre mesi pagati sono partiti sul mio account.

Risultato è che ho pagato 9.99euro per un giorno (da ieri quando si rinnovava a oggi che ho inserito il codice). è possibile? non sarebbero dovuti partire dal sucessivo rinnovo i miei tre mesi?

If the payment for 1 month was taken before you entered the 3 month code you mentioned, you don't have to worry. The 3 months will add up on top of the month you already paid. This means that your subscription should renew in 4 months. You can check it here.
