Barred account

I was on a live chat with customer support and they ended up barring my account so no one could access it (sine someone had hacked it) I now cannot log on nor change the password. Help? I was using the account “breezy1410”

Sorry to hear this has happened. Rest assured it's normal for Support to confirm some security questions and lock down the account until you've confirmed them all, just so that they can make sure your account's safe. I'd recommend responding to the chat representative again if you still need help or are having trouble providing any info.
