Being charged for an account that is 60days old

Being charged for an account that is 60days old

I cancelled my subscription two months ago and i was just charged this month and i dont even have the service anymore...i contacted spotfiy through their krazy emails service,which does nothing but send your email to random spotify agents,who are all over the world...i gave them my info(creditcard) and nothing is done...does anyone have a direcr number that i can contact and actually talk to a live person?,,i just want my 9.99 refunded and im will not EVER use spotify again.
