I have a problem with my billing. I signed up for spotify 3 months ago on the 15th March but around  the 7th of each month it keeps telling me how payment has failed so is there anyway I can change this because it is getting frustrating. I also have had instances where I get billed twice

First of all, can you please click on the link bellow and tell me know if your account status is set to Free or Premium?

Also, it's possible that you have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium.
